IBM said that Bharti Airtel, HCL and Tata Motors are using its cloud-based talent management software to improve productivity.
Financial details of IBM’s arrangements with the three Indian companies were not disclosed.
In partnership with IBM, HCL has replaced its home grown candidate
tracking system with a new solution that automates the recruitment
process, according to a press statement.
Tata Motors has teamed up with IBM to study ‘job fit’ within the
organisation by using an online system that can screen candidates for
the right position.
Bharti Airtel is using IBM’s Kenexa survey to understand factors driving
employees to be more productive and stay with the company for a longer
period of time.
About 70 per cent of Chief Executive Officers cite human capital as the
single biggest contributor to sustained economic value, according to a
recent global study by IBM.
